Plan I : Renting of rooms

Rooms for exclusive use of the company will be provided on monthly rental basis. The companies can screen their compounds for its pharmacokinetic and efficacy properties. They can establish their own laboratories or can use use Bioneeds laboratories on pay and use basis.

- Institutional animal ethics committee (IAEC)approval.
- Bio-waste management / Inceneration.
- Facilitating for import of animals with the necessary approvals.
- Access to quarantine, surgery and necropsy facilities.
- Standard husbandry conditions: Temperature and humidity control. 15 - 16 air cycle changes, 100% fresh air. Electricity.
- Maintenance of animal rooms.
- Washing facility.
- Sterilization/ Autoclave.

- Charges for studies outsourced to Bioneeds.
- Laboratory services availed like biochemistry, hematology, pathology, and analytical services.

- Accommodation for the deputed staff.
