As per the requirements of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act”), and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”) as amended from time to time, this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) outlines (a) the manner in which personal information or sensitive personal information is collected by Bioneeds from you, through your interactions with Bioneeds or through this website, and (b) how we use, handle or deal with that data.
This privacy statement applies to any person or entity that accesses the website of Bioneeds, i.e., www.bioneeds.in or has shared any information with Bioneeds or Bioneeds’ employees.

- Provided that any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as SPDI for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.
3. Purpose of Data Collection and Processing for Use

We will use technical and organisational measures to safeguard your Data and we store your Data on secure servers.

3.8 Retention of Personal Data and SPDI
Bioneeds retains Personal Data and SPDI for as long as necessary to provide the access to and use of the website, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. 6. Non-Disclosure of Personal Data and SPDI
Bioneeds will not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your Personal Data and/ or SPDI to third parties except as provided in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose your Personal Data and/ or SPDI to other Bioneeds India Private Limited affiliates worldwide that agree to treat it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Personal Data and/ or SPDI may also be transferred to third parties who act for or on our behalf, for further processing in accordance with the purpose(s) for which the data were originally collected or may otherwise be lawfully processed, such as services delivery, evaluating the usefulness of this website, marketing, data management or technical support. These third parties have contracted with us to only use Personal Data and/ or SPDI for the agreed upon purpose and not to sell or disclose it to third parties except as may be required by law, as permitted by us or as stated in this Privacy Policy.
Personal Data and/ or SPDI collected from you may also be transferred to a third party in the event that the business of this site or a part of it and the customer data connected with it is sold, assigned or transferred, in which case we would require the buyer, assignee or transferee to treat Personal Data and/ or SPDI in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We also have a grievance redressal mechanism in place to address any complaints regarding our processing of the information provided by you.

Bioneeds may amend or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion.
10. Changes to the Privacy Policy
Bioneeds reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy as it may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the website, and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the Privacy Policy on your first use of the website following the alterations.
Bioneeds appoints Mr. Shivanandamurthy M.V, email id: shivanandamurthy@bioneeds.in as the Grievance Officer. The Grievance Officer shall redress the grievances of the User expeditiously within 1 (One) month from the date of receipt of grievance.
13. Use By Minors
We do not intend for our websites or online services to be used by anyone under the age of 18 as per Indian laws.
